Elsk Meg i Morgen plot
3 years have passed since Elling moved to the city with Kjell Bjarne, his roommate from the clinic in Brøynes. Elling now lives in his own apartment. Kjell Bjarne has moved up one floor and lives with Reidun and her daughter Mojo. Elling feels like an outsider and increasingly isolates herself. He observes the people with great amazement and wonders how everyone can adapt so well. Finally, Kjell Bjarne comes to his rescue. Elling protests, but is still happy when he is transformed into a new man; clean, well equipped and well dressed. Yet, deep down he knows what he still misses and one evening he finally finds the woman who can fill the void in his life. He is willing to do anything to gain her trust and win her heart. But when he's invited to dinner at his new girlfriend's house, Elling encounters some obstacles. It's not going as he expected...
