Manifesto plot
In the village of Waldheim, somewhere in Central Europe, it is always quiet, until an authoritarian king announces a visit. The police chief (Simon Callow) wants to see everything taken care of down to the last detail, as does the secret service led by Avanti (Alfed Molina). Revolutionaries led by Emile (Rade Serbedzjia), however, plan an attack. The preparations for both visit and attack are disrupted by mutual quarrels, which often involve the lascivious beautiful Svetlana who maintains close contact with all the gentlemen.
