Reasonable film about a bus driver and his colleague who do not agree when female drivers are hired. A film version of the TV series of the same name. It quickly becomes clear that this film is no longer of this time. Especially in the first half, the sexist remarks fly around your ears and the humor is very vulgar. The second half is less so. Enough happens that the film is never boring.

Varney and Grant with Lewis as opposite pole becomes crazy typically 70's British humor. In a series of, nowadays perhaps misogynistic, slapstick pranking jokes with sex as motive they pull out all the stops to get their affairs in order. Very entertaining if you watch without judging. And yeah it wasn't, but life seemed easy those days.
