What would have happened if Romeo and Juliet's parents had put their differences aside and allowed their children to marry? Two Italian families live on different sides of the railway. Tony "Big T" Nunzio heads the Nunzio family, who are proud to be from Astoria. Mrs. Josephina Vitale is the head of the other family, the Vitales. She moved with her family from messy Queens and now lives in a pleasant suburb of Massapequa (Long Island). Although the two families disapprove of the love between Tony Nunzio and Tina Vitale, they decide to help with the upcoming wedding for the sake of their children. However, everything that can go wrong will actually go wrong.
