All American plot
Mid-State football player Nick Bonelli (Tony Curtis) takes his club to the championship, but his parents die on the way to the final. He decides to transfer to Sheridan University to seriously study architecture. His decision not to join the football team is not made easy, especially by Howard Carter, who sees him as a rival.
