Since her father's death, Cinderella has lived with her stepmother and daughter Dora on the estate that once belonged to her family. However, there is little sign of family cohesion. Ever since I was a child I have had a soft spot for fairy tales, thanks to my grandfather who was a great storyteller. I think the story about Cinderella (Cinderella) is the most beautiful fairy tale. There are numerous versions of that story. I liked this film adaptation of the version with the three hazelnuts, all the more so because the beautiful winter settings give the film extra cachet. Well done.
