Riget plot

Riget is Denmark's most technologically advanced hospital, a triumph of modern science. However, through a series of mysterious events, the employees gradually lose their firm faith in rational explanations. For example, all kinds of voices are heard and the fetus of one of the doctors is growing much faster than it should.

Entertaining (and unexpected) third season of director Lars Von Trier's Danish series about a hospital where things are not right. This time the emphasis is clearly more on absurd humor than on horror, but the first-class cast makes it something beautiful. Repeatedly I fell limp with laughter. In terms of plot, it is unfortunately a lot less this time and there are few scary moments.
