Anthropoid plot
"Resistance has a code name"
In 1941 Czechoslovakia was occupied by the Nazis and placed under the command of SS General Reinhard Heydrich. Heydrich's nickname was 'The Butcher of Prague' and after a steep rise in the SS ranks, he was third in the hierarchy of the Third Reich after Hitler and Himmler. His unprecedented brutality and reign of terror over the Czechoslovak resistance prompted the Allied authorities in London to devise a highly classified mission that could change history. Two soldiers of the Czechoslovak army - after extensive training by the British troops - were dropped in their homeland with a daring assignment: to kill the man Hitler saw as his natural successor.
