Turbo is one of the many Dreamwork animations that shows that the studio mainly relies on coincidences. Nothing really surprising or original. This is basically Cars with snails and the predictable puns and jokes here and there. That gang of snails with their racing houses are still doable, the people are just annoyingly bad. Not surprisingly, even a moderately good animated film like Frozen gets so much glory when the competition is soporific.

With these few expectations, but turned out even better than expected. Not a very original story, but still interesting.
Visually, the film is doable, although I've seen much nicer animation films. The voices (seen in the English version) were also nice.
I thought it was a fun pastime, not the best animated film, but fun to watch.
